Delivery Charges and Timescales
Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the value of your order, the type of service you select and the delivery address. Delivery will not be made outside the UK Mainland. Delivery will only be made to the UK Mainland (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and The Isle Of Man) including BFPO and PO Boxes. Please see tables for delivery options.
If no one is available at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise whether your order has been left in a safe place e.g. with a neighbour, or returned to depot.
*Expedited Delivery is not available for areas of Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Islands (including Shetlands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands), Cornwall, Northumberland, PO Boxes and BFPO addresses. If the item isn’t eligible for Expedited Delivery for the address you have entered, you won’t see that option while placing your order.
